Participants move through the program as a cohort, engaging in program sessions shaped by available resources and emerging community needs. This approach creates a unique experience each year, with content and activities that reflect current priorities and opportunities in the community.

Time Commitment
- Eight full-day sessions, tentatively scheduled on the second Wednesday of each month
- Sessions run from September through May, excluding December
- Typical session hours are from 8am to 5pm.
The core of the program consists of eight full-day sessions, and limited additional time outside of session days may be required to support cohort experiences and program activities.

Program Investment
The cost to participate is $600 per person, covering all sessions and materials. A limited number of partial scholarships may be available.
